Xavier Copel was born in Cahors in 1968.
Graduate nologist from the University of nology of Toulouse
in 1991, he settled in Bordeaux in 1992 where he established his first company,
Réveil-Papilles.
Since the harvest 1996, date of the first vintage, he is
devoted to the Primo Palatum adventure.
